Shaanxi Baodi Meat Food Co., Ltd. is located in the circular economy industrial park in Hanzhong, Shaanxi Province. The total investment of the industrial park is 900million yuan, including 100000 breeding pig breeding bases and 200000 pigs slaughtered annually. The cold storage area of the project is 3400m², the rack height is 10m, and the temperature is about -20 ℃. The project mainly serves the third-party cold chain logistics of all stores in Shaanxi Province. There are many kinds of goods stored, and the batch is also very large, and it requires fast in and fast out. Therefore, it is necessary to maximize the use of the limited space of the cold storage, so as to greatly improve the utilization rate of the storage capacity and improve the income.

After knowing the needs of customers and the characteristics of goods, Huayide designed and planned the cold storage. Finally, the shuttle rack system with high intensive storage was selected. This kind of rack system overcomes the disadvantage of low space utilization of traditional cross pallet rack. Compared with the drive in rack, it overcomes the shortcomings of poor safety and low delivery efficiency. Basically meet all the requirements of customers.

The main storage form of the project is the shuttle rack (73%), making full use of the characteristics of the shuttle rack, the depth of the shuttle rack is achieved to 19 pallet depths. At the same time, combined with beam rack (1%), drive in rack (5%), and double deep rack (21%), which can make full use of limited space resources. The design makes great use of the space of the cold storage. Considering the harsh working environment of the cold storage, it achieves the logistics planning mode of people and vehicles diversion as far as possible.
