In 2013, Xingliyuan took "FMCG one-stop factory price direct selling platform" as its strategic goal, Create the "intelligent intercity Distribution Center for fast moving consumer goods" (IDC). IDC has transformed and upgraded the traditional channel agent mode of fast moving consumer goods into an intelligent platform operation mode. IDC also has created a "Xingkehui" membership system, aiming to form an alliance of end member stores, upgrade the operation and management, support and assist small and medium-sized retail stores.

　 　In the middle of 2014, IDC chose Huayide as its strategic partner to make solutions for it, and it was officially launched in 2015. Huayide carried out logistics center planning, demand analysis and design, system customization development, system testing, equipment installation supervision and operation implementation for it. The scheme was designed based on predictive data. Under the condition of ensuring the continuity of the operation mode, the later planning scheme was finalized according to the operation data, ensuring the paperless operation mode of the warehouse. Logistics equipment includes: high rack, RF wireless RF system, electronic tag seeding system, wireless handheld terminal, etc; The information system includes: WMS, TMS, SAP, distribution management information system, GPS, etc.

        Huayide has completed the optimization and configuration of the warehousing and storage allocation principles of IDC logistics center, the conventional storage warehousing of handheld terminals, the warehousing of direct access areas, the processing of store orders, RF picking, the handling of electric pallet trucks, the seeding of electronic labels, the cage car outbound, the seamless connection between TMS and WMS, and the upgrading of the task allocation of the logistics center from the previous "human task" to "task chasing".
