Tong Ming Enterprise Co., Ltd.is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise invested and established by Taiwan TONG Group in the mainland. TONG Group has more than 30 years of experience in the production of stainless steel fasteners in Taiwan, focusing on the production of stainless steel fasteners and wire rods and currently has production plants in mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand. Its products are widely used in major industries such as curtain wall, high-speed railway, communications, new energy, shipbuilding, and major domestic and foreign projects.

In 2013, Dongming chose Huayide to provide solutions. At the initial stage of the project, the regional managers and consultants of Huayide successively arrived in Dongming for on-site investigation, including raw material warehousing, production process of production department, establishment and implementation of fastener packaging data, firmware production, warehousing, outbound packaging, secondary inbound and outbound operation process, ASRS operation process, dispatch process, board merging process, etc.

Through the data analysis and project process planning of the company, the management is more refined and the operation process is smoother. At the same time, the existing logistics management foundation and logistics facilities are accurately managed through the bar code management system to eliminate the dead corner of logistics management. Moreover, the system can meet the joint operation of online and offline businesses, and meet the needs of the overall logistics management of Dongming in the future.

Accordingly, the finished fastener warehouse is composed of three warehouses, including ASRS, 6-storey high-level rack (for storing AA products and A products), and 8-storey high-level rack (for storing B, C, D products). The warehouse area has introduced a refined storage location management mode to reduce the dependence on operators when picking goods. The finished products in and out of the warehouse provide location instructions to improve the efficiency of picking and shelving in and out of the warehouse; The raw material warehouse has imported Pro IWMS system management, material barcode traceability management, refined storage location management, label printing management, etc.

Warehousing: input the actual weight and heat number of each coil into the WMS system, and the system will automatically generate the warehousing barcode, which will be warehoused into the rack scanning barcode system. Warehouse transfer or outbound: the warehouse keeper can complete the warehouse transfer operation by scanning the barcode, which greatly saves labor and time costs, and increases the degree of automation and equipment utilization.
