Shaanxi Paiang Pharmaceutical

　　As the general integrator and system implementer of Shaanxi Paiang logistics center, Huayide has carried out planning analysis and design, system customization development, system testing, equipment installation supervision, operation implementation and system implementation of JDA software for the bank's logistics center. Huayide has used JDA's secondary development platform to develop customers, and completed the storage and storage project of Shaanxi Paeon Logistics Center. Including optimization, configuration, hand-held terminal three-dimensional warehouse warehousing, outbound picking function, part-area receiving function, pre-picking of parts, electronic label picking and warehouse function, communication function with ERP interface, communication interface function with WCS through Socket and Personalized report function for each post in the logistics center.

The construction of the logistics center (phase I) includes a logistics center of 40012.63 m², including a cold storage area of more than 1500 m². Logistics equipment configuration includes: 24 meter high stereo warehouse warehouse, 10 lane stacker, electronic label sorting system, RF radio frequency system, review sorting system, vehicle management information system, distribution management information system, GPS and other system equipment. The logistics management information system uses the WMS system of American JDA company, which integrates the core modules of Huayide WMS. The high-speed outbound sorting system adopts the high-speed slider sorter of Vanderland. The warehousing, sale and storage of goods in the logistics center are all controlled by information systems and automatic equipment to achieve paperless operation.

After the completion of Shaanxi Paiang logistics center, it can store more than 526000 pieces of goods, more than 20000 product batches, a distribution radius of 500 kilometers, support daily sales of 18500 ~ 34700 pieces, handle daily order lines of 391 ~ 61700 lines, and support the annual sales of Shaanxi Pharmaceutical Holding Group of nearly 10 billion. It will become a modern medical center in Shaanxi Province and even the northwest region.
