        Beijing Wanjiarui Pharmaceutical Logistics Center started construction in 2012 and started trial operation in November 2014. The total investment in the construction of the logistics center is over 100 million yuan. The logistics center park covers an area of 14,033.20m², with an office building area of 2,320m²and a production workshop building area of 4,650m². The main building of the logistics center is composed of a stereo warehouse and a building warehouse, with a construction area of 10,665m², of which the stereo warehouse area is 2,170m², and the building warehouse has a total area of 8,495m².


The logistics center adopts a large number of modern logistics facilities and equipment, mainly including 5 sets of stacking cranes, double-layer pallet conveyor lines in and out of the warehouse, conveying and sorting lines with a total length of nearly 800 meters, nearly 400 multi-color electronic labels for item picking, more than a dozen with wireless hand-held terminal equipment (PDA), 3 mobile trolleys, stereo warehouse racks that can store more than 10,000 pallet storage positions, and 364 sets of zero-disassembled shelf-type racks, the logistics center uses the Huayide logistics management information system WMS3.0, which can achieve some functions such as automatic allocation of cargo positions in each link of drug storage, storage and picking, automatic scanning and identification of commodity packaging boxes, automatic request for picking tasks, automatic transportation and sorting, etc.



        Automatic storage and retrieval system is 24 meters high which has 5 aisle in total. Equipment such as stackers and conveyor lines are used, which are controlled by the logistics management system and equipment control system to realize the unmanned operation of medicines from warehousing, storage and delivery. The automatic stereo warehouse greatly increases the storage capacity of medicines and improves the efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse. There is a second-floor conveyor line on the first floor. The lower layer is the storage line, with a delivery port, an external dimension detection device and a rejection port. When the goods are detected by the external size inspection device and have problems, they will come out from the rejection port and need to be rearranged. Then cast the line; the upper layer is the whole pallet outbound line, and the whole pallet of goods is transported to the first floor delivery port through the vertical elevator, and then the electric forklift is used to fork out of the warehouse.未标题-1.jpg

        The dismantling and picking review area is divided into four large areas, with more than 30 aisle in total, which can store more than 10,000 batch-level commodities. Dismantling and picking adopts the six-color five-digit electronic label picking method. There are nearly 400 electronic labels, which are divided into 3 categories. Among them, the "picking electronic labels" installed on the aisle racks are "picking electronic labels" installed on the racks next to the conveyor line. Pick-ahead Labels" and "Pickup Electronic Labels". After the selection of the demolition products is completed, the conveyor line will send the turnover box loaded with the customer's goods to the inner review area, and the inner reviewer will review it. After the review, the outbound conveyor line will send the goods to the outbound sorter on the first floor for sorting.

        Outbound end reviewing and sorting: The outbound sorter automatically sorts the customer's goods through the order number according to the bar code information of the drug box. Goods from different customers are transported from different sorting slides. The sorter has a total of 11 slides, and there is an electronic display (LED) above each slide. The electronic screen is used to display information such as customer name, product number, collection position, and product operation status. When the electronic display screen shows that the goods collection is completed, the cargo collector will send the medicine to the corresponding temporary storage position according to the information of the temporary storage position displayed on the drug label. Find the corresponding outbound goods in the temporary storage position, and use RF to scan the outbound labels on the goods to check whether they are accurate.
