        Anhui Huayun logistics (Group) Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive business group, integrating hypermarkets and chain supermarkets, warehousing and logistics, agricultural products wholesale market, real estate development, furniture city and other industries. At present, Huayun chain supermarket has more than 160 chain stores, with outlets in some cities, counties, townships and villages in Northern Anhui, such as Bengbu, Bozhou, Chuzhou, Huainan, etc. As a pilot enterprise of rural market construction of the Ministry of Commerce, in order to realize the connection and reasonable distribution between these outlets and processing centers, Huayun chose to cooperate with Huayide to provide dedicated consulting and supply chain solutions for its fresh food logistics.

        Huayun fresh processing center is a supply chain management project, which needs a team with cold chain management experience to continuously optimize. The project has a long cycle, involving planning, system, engineering, operation and supply chain integration. It is a complex project, which requires a team with complex project experience to fully and rigorously manage the whole process. In particular, the fresh food processing center integrates many functions, such as vegetable and fruit cleaning, sowing, clean vegetable processing, pork processing, dry goods storage and processing, bean products processing, pastry processing and so on. It has stricter requirements for drainage, sewage discharge, exhaust, smoke exhaust, refrigeration, waste discharge, exhaust, lighting, fire protection, gas supply, power supply and other aspects, so the engineering design and construction are difficult. In addition, the logistics information system should consider the docking with the business system and the store system, which is more difficult.

        At the initial stage of the cooperation, Huayide consultants paid many visits and strictly controlled the site. After many discussions between the two sides, the detailed planning scheme was determined, including cleanliness, temperature energy conservation, reasonable layout treatment of temperature control, ventilation, ground subsidence treatment, and productivity efficiency treatment. First of all, the plan should ensure that it can provide the goods that consumers need (connected with marketing planning). Secondly, the scheme should ensure the quality, freshness and safety of the raw materials used. Third, the plan is to ensure the quality, freshness and safety of processed products.         In addition, for the storage of raw materials and seasonings on each floor, Huayide introduced a light duty laminated shelf in the design scheme. Its cooling frame can be used for cooling raw materials, which is convenient for the processing of raw materials and semi-finished products. Moreover, the spacing between racks on each floor can be adjusted freely at any time according to the hole spacing of the pillars, which can flexibly deal with different situations. Secondly, in order to improve efficiency, save manpower and reduce labor intensity, the track is introduced to improve the purchasing operation capacity, which is safe, hygienic, reliable and easy to manage. There are mainly two kinds of handling equipment, forklift and hydraulic truck, which save time and effort during transportation and loading. The introduction of refrigerated truck provides appropriate temperature for products to ensure product distribution. Processing equipment mainly includes complete sets of disinfection equipment (including disinfection of operators entering and leaving the operation area, disinfection of containers, etc.), pork segmentation and processing equipment (including automatic conveying equipment), bean products processing equipment, Chinese pastry processing equipment, which can realize equipment automation, save human and material resources, and ensure the safety of products and raw materials under the condition of ensuring production capacity.
