Longrich Bioscience

         Longrich is the research, development, production and marketing base of daily chemical products and health care products with large scale and advanced technical force in China. Longrich customized AS/RS project is provided with planning, equipment, system and operation services by Huayide. The system switching and online was successfully completed on June 15, 2013. Customized WMS system has the following characteristics:

1) Effective operation tasks

       Allocate automatic wave management: according to the on-site operation, the operation of each cell is balanced to arrange and distribute the order automatically, so as to realize the operation balance of the storage center and improve the efficiency of outbound delivery. Optimize picking tasks: combine picking path algorithm and box algorithm to allocate tasks, allocate tasks according to the number of work tasks in each cell, balance the workload of each work cell, and improve the efficiency of zero box picking. Monitor the whole process of the tasks issued and count the working tasks of the whole warehouse.

2) Diversified operation mode

        Electronic label picking mode: the electronic label picking mode of scattered goods reduces the operation error rate, improves the operation efficiency, and ensures the accuracy of inventory accounting. RF operation mode: in the RF operation mode of warehousing, replenishment, recheck handover and inventory module, the seamless connection between PDA and Pro-iWMS system realizes the paperless operation of customized marketing library, saves costs and improves operation efficiency. Weighing and rechecking mode: used for order weighing, rechecking and weighing, error handling and other operations management of scattered goods in customized marketing library.

3) Seamless connection of upper and lower systems

        Pro-iWMS realizes seamless connection with ERP system, TPL system , WCS system and RF system, and cooperates with the whole logistics center for fast and convenient operation. Due to the successful launch of the customized marketing project, Longrich and Huayide continued to cooperate and successively signed the production workshop logistics management project, customized marketing warehouse project, Longrich Tianjin warehouse project and Longrich Chengdu warehouse project.

        After the launch of Longrich project, the efficiency of the logistics center has been greatly improved, the number of operators in the warehouse has been reduced from 58 to 35, and the operation time of employees has also been greatly shortened.
