Jiangxia fresh Logistics Park cold chain logistics of Zhongbai Holdings Group which is mainly responsible for the distribution of refrigerated goods in its subordinate warehouse supermarkets and convenience supermarkets in the city's stores, as well as cold storage leasing and third-party logistics.

The planned area of the cold storage is 3500 ㎡, the temperature is -25 ℃, the height is 6000mm, and the storage demand is 8000 tons. At the early stage of the construction of the cold storage in the logistics center, the customer decided to adopt the shuttle rack plus beam rack disassembly configuration after investigating some cold chain logistics. 1. Because the height of the warehouse is limited, the shuttle rack can only reach three floors, and the layout is optimized. The overall planning and design can only reach 7000 tons.

2. It needs to occupy the passage to dismantle the racks, so as to reduce the utilization rate of the warehouse.

3. Customers need to deliver more products to the store, and the picking requirement is 100%.
