The visual operation software CCS independently developed by HuaYide can quickly implement CCS from basic map construction, station, route and area editing, robot automatic calibration, and task sequence editing, which improves the implementation efficiency and reduces the implementation cost.

Scheduling versatility

        Modern factories usually require multiple types and large numbers of mobilerobots to work together, such as handling robots, compound robots, and automatic forklifts. Without an effective dispatching system, a series of problems such as inefficiency, collisions, and deadlocks will occur. ROBLI, a multi-machine dispatching system provided by HuaYide, can simultaneously dispatch hundreds of mobile robots of multiple types at the same time, ensuring safety and greatly improving work efficiency. In addition, ROBLI provides a simple and easy-to-use HTTP interface externally, which can communicate with users MES. The WMS system seamlessly meets the needs of intelligent factories.


Multi-vehicle consistency

        In order to effectively increase production capacity, the factory needs to add multiple mobile robots. However, due to slight differences in mobile robot production and assembly processes, such as mechanical installation errors, component differences, etc., when new robots share existing maps and motion parameters, Large motion errors will occur. Huayide uses map-based multi-sensor system identification technology to perform real-time calibration of each robot's physical parameters, motion performance, and system delay.
